CAMP Use of Logo Policy

Cardinal Alumni of Madison Park, Inc. Policy On Using CAMP Logo

Purpose: This policy outlines the restrictions on the use of Cardinal Alumni of Madison Park, Inc's logos, trademarks, and other brand assets for event promotions or any other monetary uses. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Policy:

• No Permission, No Use: The logos, trademarks, and other brand assets of Cardinal Alumni of Madison Park, Inc. is the exclusive property of Cardinal Alumni of Madison Park, Inc. and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed in any monetary manner without prior written permission from Cardinal Alumni of Madison Park, Inc.  

 

• Prohibited Uses: The following uses are strictly prohibited:
  • Using the logos, trademarks, or other brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation with Cardinal Alumni of Madison Park, Inc. when such affiliation does not exist.
  • Altering, distorting, or modifying the logos, trademarks, or other brand assets in any way.
  • Using the logos, trademarks, or other brand assets in a context that is monetizing, misleading, deceptive, or could damage the reputation of Cardinal Alumni of Madison Park, Inc.
  • Sharing or distributing the logos, trademarks, or other brand assets with any unauthorized party.
• Enforcement: Cardinal Alumni of Madison Park, Inc. will take appropriate action to address any unauthorized use of its logos, trademarks, or other brand assets, including legal action if necessary.
